History

Clubhouse was built in 1913 by the Ladies' Literary Club in Salt Lake City and operated as their club house for 100 years. In 2013 the club donated the building to Preservation Utah (formerly Utah Heritage Foundation) who sold it three years later to Dave and Jude of Photo Collective Studios.
