HistoryI had a dream of starting a local coffee company that would truly show people the potential of third wave coffee. Third wave means, coffee beans imported directly from the farm to you, higher quality beans and better more essential flavor profiles. I also associate third wave with trained baristas; baristas who know how to pull a perfectly balanced shot of espresso and how to steam milk properly. We also practice latte are as a sign of professionalism in the coffee community.SpecialtiesWe are a local Salt Lake City coffee truck. We take pride in locally roasting our beans and sharing them with the community of the 801. We make everything in house including specialty syrups and the chai concentrate.
