HistoryCurtis Dan and Shelley Preece met, in September of 1986, through timeshare resales. He, as Broker of TransAction Realty, was operating one of only three timeshare resale brokerage firms in the West. She was the Owner Records Director at one of the largest Timeshare Management Companies in the West. Shortly after meeting Shelley, Dan offered her a position as an Escrow Agent with his firm. This would prove to be the first step toward the beginning of a happy and rewarding partnership. Curtis and Shelley have a 37-year old daughter; 35-year old son; and a 16-year old son (Cole).
