Caroline McCarter has been practicing yoga for 15 years, but it became more of an interest to her after taking a college yoga philosophy course in 1997 during her undergraduate years at University of Michigan. Caroline is a master of teaching yoga tailored to suit your own unique personal needs. She can quickly assess what your body most needs to come into balance and strength, and prescribes exercises to support you in making those gains. An experienced yoga instructor who regularly assists teacher trainings in the area, Caroline has spent years studying in India with some of the country's top masters. She has exceptional skill in supporting not just your body but your overall health as well. Through movement, breathing, sound, and journaling techniques, Yoga Therapy can help heal mental, physical and emotional blocks such as anxiety, back pain, arthritis, depression, etc.
