Our company originated as a hobby for our Pastry Chef, Amethyst Taylor. She started flipping through the pages of her grandmother's cookbooks at sixteen and began making easy recipes. From there, with the help and encouragement of Grandma Honey, she began to grow her supplies as well as her love for baking. Over time, Amethyst cultivated recipes of her own using skills she'd learned from Grandma Honey and the cookbooks. She played with flavors and created unique desserts. At 20, she decided to start a home based business, selling her WooHoo bars, cakes and cheesecakes regularly. Throughout the years she never really had an interest in cupcakes. She'd say
