Qualified applicant should possess strong general maintenance and mechanical skills. Experience in minor plumbing, gas lines, electrical and installation techniques preferred. Experience with fire sprinkler or fire extinguishers a huge plus. Will train properly motivated individual. Typical hand tools required, while specialized tools will be provided.
