UMAMITA is internationally influenced, having kicks and flavors from Asia, Europe, North, Central and South America but not forgetting our Texan-Mexican culture. The name is inspired in the term ''umami'' Umami is a Japanese term that describes a pleasant savory taste imparted by an amino acid that happens naturally in many foods including meats, fish, vegetables and dairy. It is used to describe a fifth primary taste. This additional taste is the combination of the primarily tastes; sweet sour salty and bitter.
