History,In 1980, Jim Martin started his remodeling company with his brother in law and remodeled under the name Phil-Mar Construction. When his brother in law left to start his own company, Jim continued remodeling and in the late 1980's built custom houses with his father in law, John Phillips. A highly respected Home Builder in El Paso. In 1990, he decided to concentrate mostly on residential remodeling and changed the name to Jim Martin Construction. In 1999, Becky Martin (Jim's wife) joined the company which allowed Jim the time to be out of the office and on the job daily watching to make sure the work is being done according to his high standards. Becky is in the office working with customer on selections, estimates and the accounting.
