They were knowledgeable, quick to respond. It wasn't an emergency so came with in the time quoted. Price was reasonable and what was quoted on the phone. I am awaiting estimate for more services.

Have had Toby's come 3 times to work on 2 bathroom showers. The plumbers seem good but the customer service has been poor. Two of the plumbers came for an hour but were unable to fix the problem...
