We opened in July of 2017 and have been building our business since then.

Specialties

We are a butcher shop and eatery. We have Rosewood's Wagyu beef in addition to selections for pork and other premium cuts. We offer elaborate platters of charcuterie, beer, and wine. As well as gift boxes, steak shipments, and catering.

Stopped in for the first time and was recommended to get the brisket hoagie and it was phenomenal. Definitely want to try the other sandwiches, sides also looked amazing for grab and go.
