Chef Lan Tancharoensuksavai has had over 30 years experience traveling and cooking around the world. Lan is originally of Hakka descent from Southeast China but spent most of his upbringing in Thailand which has greatly influenced his cooking. In addition to cooking in Thailand, he has moved across Europe and onward to Sydney, Australia where he became a head chef at a fine-dining restaurant. This gave him the opportunity to come to Amarillo, TX to carry out his dream of owning his own Thai & Chinese restaurant and cooking the food he loves.
