History
From Jesus Maria, Jalisco,in 1999 the story of Reyna Tapatia , Atentidos Por La Familia Huerta, rooted its' way to San Antonio, Texas, when Mr. Juan Huerta ,brought his mastering-authentic-Mexican-Cooking-Style in working building an extensive - experience record as a Lead Chef in a chain-of local San Antonio Taquerias', in which lead to first opening Taco Guadalajara in Universal City , off of Pat Booker Road & Kity Hawk Road, just a mile off of 1604 & 35 North, where the restaurant established nearly 3-years of a strengthening community that in its' time was being introduced to only a selection of Taquerias in and or around San Antonio. In 2012, for nearly 5 years, Reyna Tapatia had first opened off of Naco Perrin & Perrin Beital Road, where the restaurant stayed opened for nearly 5 years , and gained various local rewards-recognition in various of the entrees on the menu.
