Dirty and greasy cooktop. Probably never cleaned

I hope that just a piece of mud but I have seen dogs pee and poop in the hallways with zero cleanup

Round toilet seat on a oblong toilet. It isn't even bolted down

No batteries in remote, but doesn't matter because the tv doesn't work anyway
