Unfortunately this turned out to be a scam. I paid a nominal amount to start escrow and never heard back.. Said they had a buyer and collected a deposit for my timeshare. Definately a fate company.

this outfit is a complete scam - they give you a big song and dance and provide you with a buyer - take some money for closing costs and disapear - won't answer phones or emails - fake fake fake
