Petro-Explo, Inc was founded by Oscar Rodes in 1985 in Arlington, Texas with the purpose of supplying oil field service companies with critical explosive components at economical prices. Out first product sold was the DFC-10 Electric, Fluid Desensitized Detonator that we still sell today due to its proven performance. Over the years, Petro-Explo expanded into many fields of explosive products from oil field services to mining, avalanche control to even black powder for fireworks and hunters. Today Petro-Explo continues it's goal to supply only the best products at the best possible prices and even specializing in products that are either difficult to find or no longer produced.
