Our mission at Sport Progression is to help all athletes - of any age, sport, or background - train smart, work hard, and reach their highest potential. We want to do everything possible to help players get better as fast as possible and perform well when it matters most. Our services include: 1) group and individual basketball training, 2) comprehensive, high-level performance training (strength, power, explosion, etc.) for all ages and sports, 3) short-term training courses for speed & agility and vertical jump, and 4) basketball and performance camps and clinics throughout the year, primarily in and around El Paso, TX. At Sport Progression, we build structured training programs to accelerate skill, strength, and mental development. At the end of the day it is not winning every game or trying to go pro that matters most, but consistently improving and becoming the best you possibly can!
