Her teaching philosophy embodies the belief that within every individual there is vibrant health. She uses her registered nurse assessment and critical thinking skills, taking into consideration each client's condition, goals, and injury-related needs while structuring sessions within the systematic design of the traditional Pilates Method. Her goal for every individual is to restore them to a healthy, joyful life, leaving aches and pain behind.
