History
Native of Monterrey, Mexico, Rosa Martinez grew up in the rural mercados, also known as the Mexican markets. Rosita has been a part of the restaurant business all her life before migrating her family to Texas. In 2013, Rosita's Mexican Restaurant opened it's doors in Leon Valley, humbly winning immediate community acclaim. Rosita inherited all of her delicious homemade from scratch recipes from her grandmother which are delivered to every customer daily. Our made-to-order hand-rolled tortillas make a true statement with every dish served. We offer our breakfast selection all day- Huevos Rancheros with steamy flavorful sauce, Rajas con queso. Our lunch menu includes Enchiladas, Carne Guisada, Crispy, Soft, and Puffy taco plates, Salads or Soups. On the weekend, the customer popular demand is the freshly smoked Brisket Plate (finger-licking good). Rosita's focuses on your traditional Tex-Mex meals, and also serves Authentic Mexican food to satisfy every pallet.
