HistoryI have been sharpening knives for hunters, fishermen and bar-b-q contestants for approximately 20 years. This year I trained in California using the PerfectEdge sharpening system. I put my mobile sharpening unit on the road in June and have been blessed with a steadily growing business. I do scheduled monthly sharpening and several restaurants, provide drop off sharpening service in two locations and sharpen at the Cowtown Farmers Market on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of each month.
