Dianne Martin
Dianne has worked in Banking since 1987. She has worked in various positions in the banking industry from Bank Regulatory Compliance to Regional Manager for Commercial Lending Credit Analysts, and has worked as a Commercial Lender for 20 years. Dianne has maintained and managed many of the same consumer and business relationships as she remains committed to high performance and high customer service standards. Dianne is active in her local community, serving as Finance Secretary for her church, President of the Salvation Army Advisory Board, member of Wilbur Smith Rotary, board member for Texarkana Regional Arts and Humanity Council, and serving on the Women for Texas A&M Board. Born in Marshall, Texas, Dianne attended University of Texas in Austin, Texas and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting in 1979. Prior to starting a career in Banking, Dianne worked in public accounting in Houston, Texas. Dianne began working for Guaranty Bank and Trust in January 2020 as Senior Vice President in Commercial Lending. She is a trained and compassionate professional, and is committed to helping businesses understand their industry, financial statement trends and cashflow cycle, and providing the right advice and solutions to help their businesses grow.
