They allow none tenants to shack in others apartments. The bylaws are against anyone staying that are not on the lease and parking without a permit. However, they are allowing it anyways. Tenants...

Do not move here!! Communication with management is horrible....very poor customer service! The manager is never available to talk to you, & will not return phone calls. There have been issues...
