Because of the relief and relaxation I received from skilled and expert Massage Therapists, I made a personal decision to devote my life to helping others in the same way. I am happy to say that I am a graduate with honors of Parker School of Massage Therapy in Dallas, Texas. I am a Texas Licensed Massage Therapist with experience and skill in Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, and on-site (chair) massage. Massage is care for the mind and body; it is therapy and relaxation, a necessary pampering. It is not a magic cure or a long-term fix. However, combined with other therapies or your own personal exercise and relaxation regimen, it can make a huge change in your mind, bodies and spirit. You don't need to carve out a whole day to enjoy the benefits of massage. You can be just as relaxed during a lunchtime massage as an all-day spa experience.
