Management Team John N. Crew is the President of Public Werks, Inc, a Texas corporation specializing in public and private partnerships and public finance. In addition to directing the operations of Public Werks, he served as Senior Advisor to IdleAire Technologies Corporation from 2003 until 2006, where he was instrumental in the raising of $100 million in private equity and $300 million in corporate debt for the company. In addition, Mr. Crew currently serves on the investment committee of Republic Holdings Texas, LP and Republic Holdings Texas II, LP. Mr. Crew began his investment banking career in 1979 with First Southwest Company in Dallas, Texas. In 1983, he joined the firm of Dillon, Read & Co. Inc, one of the nation's leading investment banking firms, in its New York office. In 1991, he was named a member of Dillon, Read & Co. Inc.'s Board of Directors and held the position of Managing Director until 1997 when the company was sold. Mr. Crew has over 24 years of experience in investment banking. Mr. Crew has undergraduate and graduate degrees from Texas A&M University. Wm. Ward Greenwood manages Republic Holdings, LP, a private investment company that he founded in 2004. In 2008 he co-founded Republic Power Partners, LP, for the purpose of developing a public-private energy venture with the West Texas Municipal Power Agency and Texas Tech University. In 1994, Mr. Greenwood co-founded First Capital Group Management Company, LLC, which raised and invested approximately $130 million of private equity. He has served as a director of numerous entities, including Dawson Production Services, Inc (NYSE: DPS), Digital Motorworks, Inc (sold to ADP), EduCare Community Living Corporation, Inc, and the West Texas Coalition for Innovation and Commercialization, which serves an 83 county region throughout West Texas. He has a BBA from Texas Tech University and an MBA from the University of Texas. Lenore M. (Lennie) Sullivan is a former partner in Perella Weinberg Partners, an independent financial services firm providing corporate advisory and asset management services to clients around the world. In addition, Ms Sulivan serves on the investment committees of Republic Holdings Texas, L.P and Republic Holdings Texas II, LP. Previously, she served as the Associate Director of the Real Estate Finance and Investment Center, and as lecturer, at McCombs School of Business, University of Texas at Austin. Prior to accepting her appointment at U.T. in August 2002, Ms. Sullivan served as Vice President of Hunt Private Equity Group, Inc From 1992 until 2000, Ms. Sullivan served as president of Stonegate Advisors, a boutique investment banking firm she founded that focused on raising debt and equity capital for small, privately held companies. She served as CFO of Joseph C. Canizaro Interests (now Columbus Properties), a real estate development and investment firm in New Orleans, from 1995 through 1996, and was a partner and financial manager with Trammell Crow Company and various affiliated companies, including Wyndham Hotel Company, from 1983 to 2002. Ms. Sullivan currently serves as a director of Parkway Properties, Inc. and HFF, Inc She is a Charter Investor in the Texas Women Ventures Fund. Ms. Sullivan holds a bachelors degree from Smith College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
