$50 charge for reconditioning is BS!! I hope they reverse that charge.

I'm so furious I tried to reach the Ready Refresh President, Henrik Jelert. Apparently he doesn't care about his customers either.

The only way to get in contact with them these days is via Twitter!! Horrible service.

Terrible company. Cancelling with them is a NIGHTMARE. Avoid at all costs. Cheaper and less headache to get the jugs refilled at the grocery store.
