Since 1955, Praters has been offering traditional food services and meals. Based in Lubbock, Texas, it occupies approximately 10 acres of land area and has state-of-the-art 70,000-square-foot production facility to serve customers needs. The specialty of the restaurant includes cooked meats, side dishes, entr es, salads, fully-assembled holiday dinners and more. Praters also offers a full line of refrigerated and frozen side dishes to complement any meal. Some of the smokehouse specialties offered at Praters are Cajun fried turkey, peppered turkey breast, Cajun style smoked turkey, jalape o flavored hickory smoked turkey, spicy Cajun style fried turkey breast, steamed chicken breast and house smoked boneless breast. Praters participates and subscribes to the S.Q.F. (Safe Quality Food) program, which provides international and domestic food safety regulations compliance certification for supplier s food safety and quality management system.
