Pollo Bravo was establish in 2006 in Houston,TX Our restaurant is a fusion of flavors and cultures. One of our specialties is Rotisserie Chicken Peruvian style, a moist, juice and crispy brown chicken serve with two sides of your choice. However we also serve Mexican and south-american dishes. Pollo bravo was founded by the Bravo family, Enrique Bravo (Mex) and his wife Maribel Bravo (Peru) they wanted to create a different concept that offered a combination of the two cultures, in a relax and friendly atmosphere where people could enjoy a nice business lunch or a traditional family dinner.
