If customers were truly trying to be helpful with feedback, they would speak to a manager directly instead of going to a forum where anyone can say anything they want. We don't waste our time responding to such useless comments. We are busy in our store training and improving customer service. We pay cash on the spot for gently used teen guy and girl brand name jeans, shorts, casual skirts, t-shirts, hoodies, casual sweaters, shoes, sandals, and accessories that are in good condition and no older than two years old. We buy all seasons all the time. We sell our items for 50 to 70% off the original retail price and we pay about 30 to 40% of that amount to our customers for the items that we accept. This is a great way to clean out your closet of items that you are not wearing or just don't like! But remember, we don't just buy anything so if youre unsure about what we are specifically looking for, just call or stop by before! :)
