As a former acrobat and a certified Pilates instructor, Katie has the in-depth knowledge and skill to help you meet your health and fitness goals. Katie is certified through the Pilates Method Alliance and has over six years experience with both mat and equipment Pilates. Katie uses a combination of Pilates mat and equipment exercises, in both private lesson and class formats, to provide clients with a vigorous workout for the entire body. Whether you're looking to tone muscle, lose weight, improve posture, increase flexibility, recover from an injury, improve athletic performance or exercise safely during/after pregnancy, Katie specializes in creating workouts catered to your unique needs and skill level. Katie has extensive knowledge and background in both nutrition and fitness. She was a competitive acrobat in the sport of Acrobatic Gymnastics for twelve years in her past life, and carries much of that technique, dedication and knowledge with her in her Pilates training.
