Phoenix Management is a woman-owned business incorporated in August 1992 to provide government support services. It was awarded its first two contracts in January 1993. Since that time, PMI has been the successful bidder on more than 50 contracts and has a history of continuous profitable operations and consistent growth. In 2001, PMI's corporate office became ISO certified, receiving its Quality System Certificate to ISO 9001:2000. Its contracts range in scope from aircraft maintenance, airfield management, gateways (passenger processing), air traffic control, aircraft servicing for FAA operations, air terminal and ground handling operations, base libraries, base operating services, HAZMAT/HAZMART, furnishings management, aircraft refueling, managing intercontinental ballistic missile TO libraries, data logistics and material control, base supply, base fuels, vehicle operations and maintenance, depot maintenance of vehicles and equipment, transient aircraft services, launch support services and transportation.
