Moore MST Magnet School
Moore MST Magnet School has been operational since 1955 and offers educational opportunities to more than 600 students in grades six through eight. The MST magnet concept is integrated into a curriculum structure that is rich in fine arts, extracurricular activities and other opportunities for the success of middle-level students. Its academic courses, includes various subjects, including mathematics, language arts, computers, American Sign Language, astronomy, science, social studies, reading and fine arts. The school also offers a range of extracurricular activities, including National Junior Honor Society, cheer squad, orchestra, student council, drama, choir, math counts and band. The school provides opportunities to participate in a variety of athletic activities, including volleyball, basketball, football, tennis, weight lifting, and track and field. Moore MST Magnet School is a part of the Tyler Independent School District and is located in Tyler, Texas.
