Paint chipping off the wall and you see the black stuff in the corners

The bathroom wall where you can see how the tub resurface went as well as the hole in the wall. I put in a work order it was not fixed

I'm sure 1707 the window will be painted over or maybe the head maintenance will use a razor to remove it.

The fake countertops careful when you run your hand over it you can feel it's not put down correctly as you can see it's cheap

Worst apartments ever!!! The apartments are cheap and have an internal pest problem. The cabinets and carpet are so poorly put together the roaches, termites and beetles live in the structures....

Great apartment complex. Maintenance request are completed in a timely manner. Both Christa and Michele are a great management team, and very understanding when certain tenant situations arise.
