Antiques, Collectibles, Fine Art, CraftsWe are a mini-mall with usually anywhere from 35 to 50 vendors at any given time.We are located in a building that was built in 1892, first occupied as a local independant business know as Hodges Mercantile & Dry Goods. Later Woolsworth 5 & 10 cent store was located here. After they left it became J.C. Penney. They moved to the mall and K. Wolens called this building home for a number of years. After they closed their doors it has been several local business locations. Oak Street Village has been in this historic building since 2004. The building is for sale and would make an excellent investment for the right person.
