Roots Barbershop was first opened August 27, 2001 on the southwest side of Houston, Texas in a small office space at the corner of Highway 6 & Bellaire Blvd. After just one year of business the shop had outgrown this location and expanded to a larger facility at the corner of Highway 6 & Pavilion Point. To this day it is still a barber shop dedicated to serving the community and the industry. Our motto is, When you look good, you feel good ; we know when you feel good it's all good. Our goal is continued growth and customer retention. At Roots Barbershop we understand that a good hair cut can make the difference between a good day and a bad day. We specialize in the latest styles in hair design. We have mastered barbering and not only do we understand the needs of our clients, we have the experience and expertise to deliver. For almost a decade we have grown to be a very reputable barbershop in the Houston area, all due to our clients and the great barbers on staff. We value our clients to be more than just a hair cut. We reserve time for them by way of appointments to minimize their wait ; this allows us to focus solely on our client and his/her individual hair needs.
