Nacogdoches High School educates students in grades 9 through 12. It offers a variety of academic courses, such as language arts, career and technology education, English, math, fine arts, foreign languages, health and physical education, science and social studies. The school also offers a special education program for students with special needs. It additionally provides instruction in American Sign Language for people with hearing impairments. The school provides opportunities to participate in several athletic activities, such as basketball, softball, golf, track and field, soccer, cross country, swimming and baseball. It also involves students in athletic booster and key clubs. Located in Nacogdoches, Texas, the high school is a part of the Nacogdoches Independent School District.
