HistoryEarly Learning Centers has been educating young children since 1943. Today we have five centers, four are open to the public and the fifth is located in an LISD high school for LISD students with young children. Each Early Learning Center is Texas Rising Star certified and licensed by the state of Texas. We partner with many organizations and other United Way agencies to help our families towards successful futures.SpecialtiesEarly Learning Centers has been educating young children since 1943. ELC's Mission: Educating and nurturing young children and their families for successful futures. Each classroom has age appropriate curriculum and lesson plans to prepare your child for Kindergarten. Tuition is based on each families income, so all children have access to a high quality early childhood education program. Breakfast, lunch, snack, formula, baby food and bottles are all provided at no additional cost and we have part-time as well as full-time care available.
