Applegate Childcare has been serving Pearland for over 10 years! We are a smaller school of about 25 children which allows us to give each child more love and attention. We are not your "normal" daycare as we sit in the middle of 5 beautiful tree filled acres and we are a small working farm with horses, chickens, rabbits, dogs, cats and a lot of fun! This extra room allows the kids to garden, have picnics under the big shade trees, play baseball, enjoy hands on science projects, have an occasional bounce houses and water slides. There are onsite field trips to chase butterflies, pick flowers, enjoy the farm animals, fly kites and the fun doesn't stop there. We also take education very seriously. We have daily classroom sessions as well as hands on learning. We strive to make learning enjoyable and exciting so the children will develop a thirst for knowledge and look forward to school and the desire to learn. Progress reports go out every six months so you can monitor their development.
