HistoryThis agency was founded by Doug Bell, with Del Weber and Fran Mendez as Charter members. Doug died in 1999 and Del and Fran contunued to keep the agency working to help people in need.SpecialtiesWe provide assistance in areas where agencies with government and large corporate grants can not due to prohibitions or restrictions on their grants. We can offer a one time assistance and referral or information on obtainting what is needed. We believe in the quality of life as well as the quantity of life. Each case is viewed individually and a committee makes a decision on assistance provided. We accept applications only from other social workers or caseworkers or clinic professionals. We do not have case workers and do not want to reinvent the wheel. Since other agencies are paying caseworkers we accept the referrals from them. All of our funds and material assistance come from the general public through benefits and contributions.
