Mindful Living's mindfulness meditation training, retreats and workshops help develop one's innate ability to attend fully to life's experiences. With this open-hearted awareness we gain insight, ease and a renewed sense of freedom, choice and connection. Our mindfulness based 8-week courses, day-long workshops, retreats and individual training, modeled after the distinguished work of Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn, are offered throughout the year.
