History
Our business was established in 2021 making to go plates from our very own kitchen at home. And with 10 years of experience as a hibachi chef in well known favorite Japanese restaurants. We decided to start our own business making our own flavor twist on hibachi style Japanese food and opened our food truck in April of 2022.

We make all of our food fresh and with care. Our dipping sauces are hand made.
