Fairfield Industries broke new ground as the company that created the world s first all- terrain acquisition system. Divisions in Fairfield Industries include data processing and data acquisition. The data processing division applies imaging algorithms and utilizes advanced networking and workstation clustering technology to perform supercomputing on large-scale projects. Z technology gives the data acquisition division a new method of seismic acquisition that compliments and in some cases can replace traditional acquisition techniques. In 2005 Fairfield Industries acquired RFTrax as a wholly owned subsidiary. RFTrax develops systems utilizing multiple sensors in concert with data management and alerting software.
