Marshall Middle School offers a variety of academic courses to students in grades six through eight. Its academic curriculum includes several subjects, such as mathematics, reading, writing, social studies and science. The school offers a visual arts program that allows its students to explore advanced drawing, painting, clay, photography, printmaking and three-dimensional applications. It also provides a variety of after-school art opportunities that includes an advanced art club, S.T.A.R.S and Project GRAD. The school additionally offers a range of extracurricular activities, including symphonic and concert bands, choir and dance programs, theater arts and string orchestra. Marshall Middle School is located in Houston and is a part of the Houston Independent School District.
