History

I started The Magic Closet 28 years ago. My kids were grow and having children of their own. I had always made my children's clothes and shirts to resale and after watching my sister own and operate her resale clothing store in Tyler for many years I decided to open one in Longview. We take consignments for the whole family. You get half of what it sells for when it sells. What doesn't sale is donated.

Store is packed full of gently worn clothing. This is not a thrift shop, as the clothing is hand picked for the store. No stains, broken zippers, or holes in the clothing here. Another review...

Beautiful store-- but insanely high pricing. Could buy new cheaper at TJ Max. So this is consignment/ resale as opposed to thrift... but seriously? $19.99 for used? It's a NO for me!
