Our Barbecue Story... I am most proud of the taste that is reminiscent of when I was a child. The way my Grandfather used to make it many years ago. Traditional wood smoked meats, coupled with the perfect blends of spices that produce a quality product are the characteristics that I believe in and are most important to our success. I have worked tirelessly to perfect the recipes that I believe my Grandfather would be proud of.
