About Michele Sellors "I measure the things I do in my life against the 'rocking chair test', says Michele Sellors, Liberty National Agency Owner in Fort Worth, Texas. "I picture myself 80 years old on my front porch sitting in a rocking chair going back and forth. Am I thinking 'what if' I had done this or 'what if' I had done that? I don't want any 'what if's'! I go for what I want and feel good I will not be the 'what if' person - No Regrets!" It's this 'take charge, no regrets' attitude that helps make Michele Sellors successful. Before coming to Liberty National, Michele spent 11 years with Liberty's sister Company, United American. After taking time off to care for her sick mother-in-law, Michele was ready to grab the reins of insurance sales once again and decided Liberty National was the place to do it. She loved the idea of being part of a growing Company and helping Liberty National Life Insurance Company (LNL) become a household name. She also loved the variety of products Liberty National offered that would enable her to help a lot of people in many different ways. "We are there for customers on what may be the worst day of their lives," says Michele, "whether it is an accident, illness, or the loss of a loved one that has affected them. Coaching and mentoring people into a new career at Liberty National and seeing the difference we can make in our customers' lives when they need us most has been the most rewarding part of joining this Company." Does she recommend others join the Liberty National team? You better believe it! "This is a fun career where you get to interact with and help so many different people," says Michele. "Every day is different and exciting, and you get to earn an income most people will never get an opportunity to earn. You can do for your own family as well as help others." Giving back is important to Michele. She is a regular contributor to her church and also supports World Vision, a Christian humanitarian organization that works with children, families, and communities to tackle issues of poverty and injustice. Michele also enjoys spending time with her family, especially watching her sons play sports. "Our two youngest boys play sports all year," says Michele, "but our favorite time of year is football season. We love going to their football games and cheering them on!" When she has a bit of free time, reading a good book is also on her list of favorite things.
