Why did I get charged an extra $5.09 for nail shaping? There is NOTHING SPECIAL ABOUT THE SHAPE!

Nail glue left on the the fingers and he didn't grind under the nails.

Didn't clip the skin he pushes back on the cuticles. The nails were done in a careless hurry.
