This place is empty for a reason. They low ball you to the point of paying 10% of actual value. Then it sell it for 90%. You won't find good deals here or get a reasonable pawn price. Many other...

It smells new and the place was mostly empty. Maybe they just opened and it takes a while to build up their inventory. I'm not really sure how that works. I guess I'll check back in a few years.
