History
According to legend after a long day of battle Khan's mighty army with sit around a campfire to celebrate their successes. Mongols prepare slices of meat and vegetables by slicing them with razor sharp swords. They would then cook their meal by rotating it with their swords or wooden sticks on their overturn shields that would be heat by placing them on a blazing fire. It would also rumored that if Khan was not pleased with his dinner, he would behead the cook. Today, here at Khan's Grill, we are proud to continue the tradition but don't worry since you prepare your own combinations no one will be beheaded.
