Rod graduated law school in the year 2000 and has practiced both consumer and small business bankruptcy for the past 14 years. He has represented thousands of clients in Chapter 7, Chapter 11 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy. In addition, he helps clients to negotiate with their creditors outside of bankruptcy. Rod also assists individuals to protect their wishes as well as their family's rights in case of serious illness or death by preparing these documents for clients: Last Will and Testament, Statutory Power of Attorney, Medical Power of Attorney and the Directive to Physicians and Family or Surrogates. Rod's philosophy is that people and debts are separate and that people should be treated with courtesy and respect. Bad debt does not equal bad people.
