With over 30 years in the Construction Business, Anita Kegley has a broad experience of Building Value. Starting out in insurance repair construction services/fire restoration business in 1979 she learned how to rebuild by actually taking room and unit measurements to rebuild damaged facilities. In 1983 she branched out on her own and started building facilities. It was a huge blessing to have plans and directions on how to build a structure instead of creating her own scope of work. Her company today specializes in commercial facilities with a focus on Medical, Governmental, and Education Facilities.

We determine budget and how we can meet the needs of our clients within that budget. Contracted to facilitate projects - where we have represented the owner and consulted on a weekly basis with tenants to complete their own projects Represented Owners - and worked with other General Contractors to verify completed work Contracted to facilitate funds - for projects needing progress payments Contracted with out-of-town General Contractors - to facilitate permit request, sub list, and local requirements to help expedite projects Project Sizes - Up to $6,000,000
