Ms. Jones has represented companies and boards of directors in out-of-court restructurings as well as debtors, trustees, creditors' committees, purchasers of assets and individual creditors in both business and consumer bankruptcy cases.Ms. Jones has experience representing bankruptcy litigation trusts in the prosecution of preferences, fraudulent conveyances, and other estate claims. Ms. Jones has also defended many defendants in bankruptcy preference cases. In bankruptcy cases, Ms. Jones has represented creditors in objections to exemptions, objections to discharge, and non-dischargeability actions. In addition to bankruptcy experience, Ms. Jones has represented clients in a variety of civil litigation matters, including but not limited to employment disputes (Fair Labor Standards Act), contract actions, breach of fiduciary duty, professional negligence, RICO, defamation, and fraud claims.
